We have decided as a duty of care to practice staff and patients we will be suspending all routine face to face appointments until further notice, to minimise the risk of coronavirus. A small number of essential services shall continue.
A helpline for vulnerable people is available for those who do not have support network on 0800 111 4000
For up-to-date information please look on https://www.nhsinform.scot/illnesses-and-conditions/infections-and-poisoning/coronavirus-covid-19 or call 0800 028 2816.
If you are ordering repeat prescriptions please use the phone line 0141 232 1670 or order online via Patient Access if you are registered. We are not accepting any PAPER requests due to the risk of infection. If you are posting requests they will take a minium of 7 days to be processed.
Unfortunely, we are unable to provide sicklines for anyone who has to self isolate. If you require one because you are unable to work for more than 7 days follow the link. https://111.nhs.uk/isolation-note
We understand that everyone has concerns at this time. We will continue to offer you our services via telephone consultation where required. Please do not attend the surgery. We are happy to speak with you by phone.
We cannot respond to emails, all information is available in the links provided. Should you still need to speak to us please phone the surgery.
We are not issuing any letters or cards to say that patients cannot wear face masks in public areas. This is entirely the patients choice. Further guidance on this can be found on https://www.nhsinform.scot/illnesses-and-conditions/infections-and-poisoning/coronavirus-covid-19
